As used in this Agreement, the terms "Brozia.com", "we" , "our" and "us" mean Conley Investment Group, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, and any and all legal entities in which Conley Investment Group, LLC, either directly or indirectly, owns an interest.
Description of Site. This Site provides a third party medium to disseminate information to the consumer concerning certain local retail shopping establishments and the products they offer for sale. By indicating certain preferences, the consumer can receive information about the types of products or brands that they may be interested in purchasing. We do not directly sell retail products to consumers, or otherwise engage directly in the sale process. All sales occur directly between the retailer and consumer or, in some cases, directly between the manufacturer and the consumer, or the manufacturer and the retailer. We are not involved in collecting the purchase price when retail products are sold, so you will never be asked to pay us for a product you want to purchase. Neither do we get involved in the delivery of any retail products, all of which arrangements are strictly between the seller and purchaser and do not involve us.
Waiver of Liability. Much of the content of this Site, including but not limited to advertising, product descriptions, product availability and categoric consumer data , is provided by others or, in some cases, by yourself. We are not responsible for monitoring its accuracy or reliability, and make no representation as to its accuracy or reliability. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST US CONCERNING INFORMATION ON THIS SITE THAT IS NOT PROVIDED BY US, CLAIMS RELATED TO MALFUNCTIONS WITH THIS SITE, OR CLAIMS RELATED TO FALSE ADVERTISING, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, DAMAGED PRODUCTS, PRICING, OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF PRODUCTS.

Ownership Rights. This Site is the sole and exclusive property of Brozia.com or its licensors. Brozia.com and its licensors retain all right, title and interest (including all copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property rights) in the Site. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, unfair competition, and other laws, through the application of local laws or international treaties. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or modification of this Site may violate such laws. "Brozia.com", and all trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, logos, custom graphics, or icons (collectively, "Marks") that appear, are displayed, or used on the Site are registered or common law trademarks or service marks of Brozia.com and its providers. These Marks may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified, or distributed in any way without our prior written permission or the prior written permission of the relevant provider.
Much of the Content (defined below) on this Site is owned by third parties. These materials are subject to the additional terms below, which are incorporated into, and made a part of the Agreement. Notwithstanding the non-exclusive license you grant to us, all images and photographs submitted to us will remain the intellectual property of the photographer. All images submitted to us must be original and must belong to the person uploading the image. All rights in the photograph must be the property of the person uploading the photographic image. Any person uploading onto this Site acknowledges that he or she has sufficient written permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant us the right to publish his or her photographic submissions on this Site, and hereby grants us such right. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights. As a condition to your use of the Site, you agree that you will not use the Brozia.com service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way.

Governing Law. This Agreement and your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Site will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Interpretation. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Agreement states the entire Agreement between the parties relating to use of the Site. As noted above, this Agreement may be updated, amended or revised by us at any time.
Unsuitable Images. The system administrator reserves the right to refuse or reject any unsuitable image. Unsuitable images include, but are not limited to, any photographs with obscene, nude, sexually suggestive, or violent images. No personal information, including names, addresses or telephone numbers, shall be contained in any image uploaded to the Site. In the event an image is submitted to the Site that the System Administrator deems unsuitable, the users account will be suspended and the user will have 1 week to remove the unsuitable images. IF the user does not remove the images in a timely manner, the account will be deleted.
Privacy. As a condition to using the Site, you agree to the terms of the Brozia.com Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time. Other than photographs and images you submit to us, all personally identifiable data about you which we collect from you on this Site, including without limitation, personally identifiable data about you collected during any registration process as described below, is subject to the privacy policy that is applicable to this Site. As part of the registration process, you will be asked if you would like your personal information provided to us through this Site to be shared with others. IN THE EVENT YOU ELECT TO HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHERS, YOU THEREBY WAIVE ANY PRIVACY EXPECTATIONS YOU MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED US.
Registration Rules and Regulations.
Registration. Registration is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you must have your parent or legal guardian enter you in the Contest.
How to Enter. You may only register online. We will not accept any registration submitted by regular U.S. mail. There is no fee for registration.
Unsuitable Images. The system administrator reserves the right to refuse or reject any unsuitable image. Unsuitable images include, but are not limited to, any photographs with obscene, nude, sexually suggestive, or violent images. No personal information, including names, addresses or telephone numbers, shall be contained in any image uploaded to the Site. In the event an image is submitted to the Site that the System Administrator deems unsuitable, the System Administrator shall first request the registrant to submit another image. If a registrant fails to timely submit a suitable image, their information is subject to being stricken.
